Please allow 48 business hours for order processing. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be received Monday, and processed within 48 hours. Actual delivery time will vary depending on the date your order is received, your location, and product availability. Delivery times refer only to Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. All customized items require 3 - 6 weeks production and processing time, plus shipping.
 









Tracking Your Order

Check your order history to determine if tracking information is available. If it has been within 24-48 business hours of placing your online order, tracking information may not yet be available. 

Returns or Exchanges

We'll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days after receipt. Due to the nature of our products, some items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change any items on your order, place additional items on the order, or cancel any part of the order.

Unfortunately, despite best efforts, no transmission of informatoin is 100% protected against hacking, and our website users should take steps to protect their identity and information against misuse.
